Strength training to me represents weight lifting and body weight strength exercises. I love weight training and teaching people how to squat better. I also have a great love of the outdoors and love to do trail running in my spare time.
Training for me, has always been a lifestyle. I am super passionate about movement quality, technique, and the enjoyment of exercise. Because at the end of the day, you have to enjoy it or at least the feeling and positive energy it gives and empowers through you.
